Overview

Perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge, the lodge opens itself to the vastness and awe of the African landscape. The design decisions were heavily inspired by Zimbabwe’s spirit of exploration. The lodge responds sensitively to its environment, embedding itself within the terrain while maximising expansive views of the gorge and preserving a profound sense of place. The property comprises 12 Cliff Units, a Main Area, swimming pool, spa, and gym, as well as an exclusive Outpost Villa, Star Bed, and Bird Hide. Each area is carefully positioned to deepen the guest’s connection to the landscape. And the cherry on top? This lodge was shortlisted for the Scape African Unbuilt Project of 2025.
