This nuanced landscape became the foundation of the design, inviting a structure that belongs to the dune rather than resting upon it. Flowing rammed earth walls match the contours of the desert, forming sheltered courtyards that offer cool refuge and a sense of intimacy. The architecture dissolves into its surroundings, allowing wind, sand, and sky to shape the experience itself. The homestead comprises four guest suites, an owner’s cottage, a central main area, swimming pool, and a dedicated gym and spa.
