It showcases a central tasting bar experience, with intimate tasting pods radiating outward. In South Africa’s wine landscape, where farms compete across both hospitality and winemaking, experience has become inseparable from taste. Architecture becomes part of the ritual, shaping how wine is encountered, remembered, and shared.
